Description

Semicarbazide hydrochloride - is a chemical compound and a derivative of urea.

Application

S 1357 (OTTO) Semicarbazide hydrochloride, GR 99%+ Cas 563-41-7 - used to separate carbonyl compounds from mixtures by adsorption onto silica gel from a hydrocarbon solution. Regeneration is by hydrolysis with oxalic acid.
