Synonyms: KDP, DKDP Crystals
Deuterated potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KD2PO4) or DKDP single crystals are widely used in non-linear optics as the second, third and fourth harmonic generators for Nd:YAG and Nd:YLF lasers. DKDP crystals are grown by a water-solution method at usual level of deuteration >98%.
DKDP 006 (OTTO) DKDP crystals (100 x 100 x 20 mm3) - used in non-linear optics as the second, third and fourth harmonic generators for Nd:YAG and Nd:YLF lasers. Laser frequency conversion; harmonic generation for high pulse energy, low repetition (<100 Hz) rate lasers; Electro-optical modulation; Q-switching crystal for Pockels cells.
