Application

O 1257 (OTTO) 1-Octanol, GR 99%+ Cas 111-87-5 - used to evaluate the lipophilicity of pharmaceutical products. 1-Octanol also inhibits T-type calcium channels and is used to determine the partition coefficient between compounds and the cytosol.
