Description

Zirconium nitrate is a volatile anhydrous transition metal nitrate of zirconium with formula Zr(NO3)4. It has alternate names of zirconium tetranitrate, or zirconium(IV) nitrate.

Application

Z 1367 (OTTO) Zirconyl nitrate, 99.9% Cas 14985-18-3 - used as a precursor in the production of Pb(Zr0.50Ti0.50)O3 ferroelectric thin films and silicaand alumina-doped nanocrystalline ceria/zirconia. Z 1367 (OTTO) Zirconyl nitrate, 99.9% Cas 14985-18-3 - used to prepare cerium oxide/zirconium oxide mixed oxide catalyst supports.
