Propylphosphonic anhydride (T3P) is a reactive n-propyl phosphonic acid cyclic anhydride. It is a mild and low toxic coupling agent used in peptide synthesis.T3P also acts as a promoter and water scavenger in the Friedländer annulation reaction.
