N-Acetyl-L-cysteine is an acetylated amino acid with antioxidant and mucolytic properties.

Application

A 3413 (OTTO) N-Acetyl-L-cysteine, 99% Cas no 616-91-1 - used to complex palladium, to help it dissolve in water. This helps to remove palladium from drugs or precursors synthesized by palladium-catalyzed coupling reactions.
