Acetohydroxamic acid, 90% - a synthetic drug derived from hydroxylamine and ethyl acetate, is bacterial urease activity and reduces urinary ammonia levels. 2-Acetohydroxamic acid loaded floating microspheres forms an efficient drug delivery system for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori.

Application

A 1268 (OTTO) Acetohydroxamic acid 90% Cas 546-88-3 - used in urease inhibition studiesand for in situ generation of nitrosocarbonylmethane as a Diels-Alder dienophile.
