Tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether (also called tetraglyme) is a polar aprotic solvent with excellent chemical and thermal stability.

Application

T 1410 (OTTO) Tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether, 99% Cas 143-24-8 - used as a working pair for organic absorption heat pumps. It acts as a solvent for cleaning and degreasing due to its chemical and thermal stability. Moreover, it is suitable solvent for high temperature reactions due its high boiling point. T 1410 (OTTO) Tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether, 99% Cas 143-24-8 - used in the selective adsorption of proteins during the promotion of cell adhesion.
