Application

P 3133 (OTTO) Protamine sulphate, pratical grade Cas 9009-65-8 - used for the removal of DNA from protein samples or the purification of DNA binding proteins.

Safety Information

Poison by intraperitoneal, subcutaneous, and intravenous routes. Human systemic effects: anaphylaxis, blood pressure lowering, decreased urine volume or anuria. When heated to decomposition it emits very toxic fumes of NOx and SOx.Details
