Description

Antimony telluride is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula Sb2Te3. It is a grey, crystalline solid, although its melting point, density and colour may depend on the crystalline form it adopts.

Application

A 2550 (OTTO) Antimony(III) telluride, 99.99% Cas 1327-50-0 - used as both n-type and p-type semiconductors in association with appropriate dopant. It reacts with germanium telluride and forms the pseudobinary intermetallic system.
