Description

Doxorubicin hydrochloride is a DNA intercalator and powerful cytotoxic agent. Once it associates with the DNA groove, a covalent linkage forms between a DNA base and the pendant sugar of the small molecule.

Application

D 7156 (OTTO) Doxorubicin hydrochloride (suitable for fluorescence) 98.0-102.0% Cas 25316-40-9 - used to induce apoptosis, and to induce cardiotoxicity in SK-N-MC cells.
