A 1548 (OTTO) Agarose type A gelling point 38-40 °C Cas 9012-36-6 - used for a wide range of electrophoresis applications including separation of nucleic acids, immunoelectrophoresis (IEP) and isoelectric focusing. Unlike polyacrylamide, the consistency of the gels is more solid (but also less elastic).
