Description

α-Terpineol is a monoterpene alcohol. It is one of the components responsible for the antifungal activity in Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) essential oil.

Application

T 9125 (OTTO) α-Terpineol 90% Cas 98-55-5 - used as an antioxidant, antiseptic, antihypernociception and anti-inflammatory. T 9125 (OTTO) α-Terpineol 90% Cas 98-55-5 - used as a solvent. It is an important ingredient of pine oil disinfectants.
